![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() It’s just some of my favorite characters hanging out and being themselves. I was so excited to read this in December. It’s wintery, there are presents exchanged, and it’s a time for family. Although it’s the Winter Solstice in Velaris, it feels very much like the Christmas season and I loved that. Maas is stories about my favorite characters (her characters) doing adorable holiday themed things. I was so excited to dive into this novella. As Feyre navigates her first Winter Solstice as High Lady, she finds that those dearest to her have more wounds than she anticipated - scars that will have a far-reaching impact on the future of their Court. Yet even the festive atmosphere can’t keep the shadows of the past from looming. But Winter Solstice is finally near, and with it, a hard-earned reprieve. Feyre, Rhysand, and their close-knit circle of friends are still busy rebuilding the Night Court and the vastly-changed world beyond. ![]()
